I was welcomed by a team that is passionate in embracing new challenges and program management is one of them. Having been entrusted with one of FIAU’s largest projects, the new office premises and the move itself, I am now responsible for managing the FIAU’s program and project portfolio. Adapting the project management methodologies to the specific work environment of the FIAU requires perseverance to effectively manage the change process and meticulous planning to balance the allocation of resources towards between projects and day-to-day activities. As a program manager, I maintain professional integrity by ensuring transparency in communication to meet project and hold myself accountable to both my team and stakeholders. I am grateful to be part of a team that values both professional integrity and personal well-being, and I look forward to continuing my journey with the FIAU.
