The Financial Intelligence Analysis Unit (FIAU) would like to inform subject persons that it will be organising three separate full day live conferences which will be targeting three different sectors:

• The Gaming Sector (for both Remote and Land-Based Operators)
• The Investment Services Sector (including Collective Investment Schemes)
• The Real Estate Sector

The purpose of these events is to provide subject persons operating in these sectors and other stakeholders with updates and insights about the developments related to the field of AML/CFT, including how they may be impacted by the EU’s AML Package.

These conferences will be held on the following dates:

• 29 September 2023 for the Gaming Sector
• 24 October 2023 for the Investment Services Sector
• 30 November 2023 for the Real Estate Sector
