The Financial Intelligence Analysis Unit (FIAU) delivered two half-day training sessions focusing on the Enforcement Process and Settlement Framework, aimed at practitioners and experts within the regulated sector.
The sessions explored the introduction and practical application of the FIAU’s Settlement Agreement Policy and Enforcement Guide, providing participants with insight into recent legislative amendments, the sanctions policy, administrative measures, the enforcement lifecycle, sanctions calculation methodology and settlement mechanisms.
