The FIAU would like to inform subject persons that the Guidance Note in mention has been amended on pages 13 and 17, this since it was brought to the FIAU’s attention that the template certificate for Temporary Protection indicated in Annex I is not the latest version. To this effect, point (4) of page 13 has been amended to reflect the correct validity period for Temporary Protection Certificates, i.e. until 4th March 2026, while the corresponding template relating to Temporary Protection has been correctly updated on page 17. Therefore, the FIAU is issuing this errata corrige to reflect such update.
