The FIAU would like to remind subject persons that they have until 9th March to submit their feedback on the draft RTS covering pecuniary sanctions, administrative measures, and periodic penalty payments.
Participation in the AMLA consultation process is an opportunity for subject persons to voice their concerns and contribute to the future of AML/CFT.
