The Financial Intelligence Analysis Unit (FIAU) is organising a half day, in-person training session on the Enforcement Factsheet published in January 2024.
The training session will be delivered in-person (live) and is limited to 200 participants. In view of the limited number of seats available, you are requested to register to this event as soon as possible.
Kindly ensure you register for this particular event since concurrently, registrations to other training sessions covering other subject matter, are also open.

This training session is intended to provide subject persons with a comprehensive analysis of the most material breaches determined by the Compliance Monitoring Committee, with a focus on breaches issued in 2021 and 2022. The half-day session shall contain an overview of statistical data on such breaches, a snapshot of the Enforcement Process, major key takeaways from the breaches identified, practical case studies and updates on the Guidance Paper on transaction monitoring, issued in April 2023.

This interactive session, will also feature case studies and a panel of FIAU representatives who will be present to clarify/address any queries which may arise.
