Leasing of Office Space for the Financial Intelligence Analysis Unit
The Financial Intelligence Analysis Unit (FIAU) is hereby announcing the result of the evaluation and adjudication carried out in respect of the call for an expression of interest (reference FIAU/01/2020) published in the Government Gazette on 17th and 21st January 2020, inviting the submission of proposals for the lease of office premises to the FIAU.
Following a comprehensive evaluation, the FIAU has made its final decision on the proposal that satisfies the conditions, requirements and specifications requested by the FIAU including the property that is considered to be most suited for the FIAU.
We are pleased to inform you that the awarded bidder is Trident Park Ltd. for the lease of office premises within Trident Park at the Central Business District, Imriehel.
