Notice – CBAR System – Downtime (Update)

Following our recent news post, dated 16th June 2023, the FIAU would like to inform CBAR Reporting Entity users that the CBAR Portal (cbar.fiaumalta.org) is up and running once again.

Reporting obligations emanating from CBAR Regulations 4(2) have been reinstated as of the publication of the current notice. The usual seven-day allowance permitted to Reporting Entities to make a valid submission will be reset for all entities as of the publication of the current notice, regardless of the date when their last approved file had been submitted.
