Attention goAML Web Portal Users: Important Update on Fallback Authentication Issue

We have identified that some users are experiencing difficulties while logging into the goAML Web Portal using the fallback authentication option. This seems to have been caused due to the latest Chromium-based browser updates. To assist you in regaining access, please email us at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Account Username
  • Full Name
  • Surname
  • Registered Account Email Address

Once we receive your details, we will reset your Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) allowing you to set up your account with a new 2FA registration and subsequently allowing you to utilise the authenticator application to login. We kindly ask you to follow the steps outlined below to properly set up and use the mobile app for 2FA. This will help eliminate the need for the fallback option and prevent future issues.

As an alternative, one may also attempt login using the Mozilla Firefox or Safari browsers, which should resolve compatibility issues.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. If you need any further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.
