This webinar is intended to assist subject persons by clarifying the procedure of AML/CFT supervisory examinations, as well as highlighting some common findings noted by the FIAU and MGA officials during such examinations. All the stages of the supervisory examination – from the initial notification until the final report – have been examined, in addition to advice on best practices that may be adopted by subject persons in preparation for such examinations.
